With so much attention on fitness testing, it’s important to remember the true purpose of fitness: inspiring students to better themselves. Our goal is to help students discover the joy of becoming physically fit. How can we ignite that passion? This session will explore fitness strategies that use technology, fun challenges, positive behavior support, and goal setting to build a love for movement -- emphasizing the journey of personal growth over test results.
