Yoga Nidra for Teacher Wellness. Rest. Restore. Reconnect. Teaching is a profession of heart, hustle and constant giving. Between classroom demands, emotional labor and endless multitasking, teachers often put their own well-being last. This Yoga Nidra session is a chance to change that, even just for an hour. This offering invites educators from all grade levels and subject areas to experience a powerful, science-backed form of guided rest. Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative meditation practice done entirely lying down. It supports nervous system regulation, reduces stress and helps replenish the inner reserves so essential to a healthy teaching life. This session is ideal for: Teachers feeling mentally or physically drained, Educators navigating burnout or compassion fatigue, Those new to meditation or simply needing stillness, Anyone craving intentional rest in a supportive space. No experience with yoga or meditation is required. Just come as you are. Bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and grounded, yoga mats will be provided. Take this hour for yourself.
