This talk will reflect the increased recognition of the value of boardgames in educational settings, highlighting their potential to foster active learning, creativity, and social interaction. I will explore how board games, card games, role-playing, and other hands-on activities can be effectively used to reinforce academic concepts, develop problem-solving skills, and support collaborative learning. I will discuss some favourite types and titles of games, and look at how these can be adapted for various subjects and learning levels. There have been a lot of advancements in what games are and what they offer, and these advances mean games can serve as excellent tools for educational settings. 160 Participants
