All Educators of high-potential learners

Give your high-potential learners the challenge they need—without wasting your planning time. In this 5.5-hour online masterclass, you’ll learn short, repeatable routines that make thinking visible and stretch students from Depth Of Knowledge 2 → Depth Of Knowledge 3 → Depth Of Knowledge 4. Pamela will model and adapt high-yield strategies like Which One Doesn’t Belong, CER Snap, Hexagon Links, Micro Paideia, Kaplan’s Depth & Complexity icons and Project Zero favourites—then show you how to compact, extend and coach-up so advanced learners start at the right level. No prior background in gifted education needed; everything is practical, classroom-ready, and aligned to Australian/Victorian curriculum expectations.

You’ll leave with a ready-to-run sequence for your next lesson, prompts matched to Purpose × Cognitive demand × Time × Grouping, and simple ways to document growth (Exit Slip CER-ET, Photo+Justify, 4-minute viva).

Participants receive guidelines for using these quick learning routines and planning tools (Routine Planner, Exit Slip, Viva Note-Catcher). If you’re ready to turn minutes into momentum and lift precision, independence, and transfer, this is your workshop.
