Dr Julie Rowse is a speaker, author, coach and trainer. As a mental health occupational therapist for the past 27 years and author of the book ‘The Mentally Fit Leader’ she is an engaging speaker who uses her wealth of knowledge and experience to inspire audiences to be intentional. Julie grew up surrounded by teachers in her family and has extensive experience working alongside the education sector to support schools to create mentally fit environments that promote regulated students who are ready to learn.
