Tom Schimmer is an internationally recognised speaker, author, and consultant with 35 years of experience in education. He is the author of 'Grading from the Inside Out' and co-founder of the Canadian Assessment Centre. His first 7 years were as a classroom teacher, followed by 11 years as a school administrator, before becoming a full-time consultant in 2011.
