In Fall 2025, the Student Success Center and the College of Arts & Sciences embraced a Community of Care mindset as the foundational philosophy to support 60+ first-year experience course instructors. This approach modeled how in-person and online instructors can create welcoming environments, promote a sense of belonging, and create equitable policies that foster student success.
