Sparking a Love for Poetry in the Secondary ELA Classroom
Saturday 25 April 2026·8:15 pm
We love poems, and we love to talk about teaching them and helping students enjoy them as much as we do. This session will provide a practical look at making poetry accessible and integrated into your ELA instruction. We'll explore how to choose poems by living authors, and we'll look at a number of different ways to approach those poems whether it be for the purpose of analysis, instruction, or even enjoyment.
