Join me as I lay out step-by-step on how I facilitate literature circles in my split grade, trauma informed, inclusive rural classroom setting. You will come away with current Alberta curriculum aligned activities and ideas on how YOU can run a successful literature circle unit in your classroom too! Session Objectives: 1. Provide teachers with tools and tips on how to run multiple novels in a diverse classroom to meet curricular goals. 2. Model how to run literature circles in my multi-grade, high-needs classroom, with no EA! 3. Focus on scaffolding assessments
