Moving beyond the traditional NAEF benefit lecture format, NAEF is introducing a fresh, hands-on workshop experience! Chicago artist and educator William Estrada of the RADICAL Printshop Project will lead an opportunity to create, collaborate, and contribute—all in support of NAEF. Estrada will guide attendees through a communal Riso poster-making experience centered on liberation, mutual learning, and collective dreaming. Using a conference-specific graphic as a starting point, participants will experiment, imagine, and build together—transforming William’s ideas into practice while gathering new inspiration for their own classrooms and communities. Come be inspired by a celebrated local artist, uplift community-centered artmaking, and help support the future of visual arts education through the National Art Education Foundation.
