Believe Bigger: The Missing Link in Student Success
Monday 23 March 2026·6:00 pm
What happens when educators truly believe in their shared ability to impact student success together? The answer is collective efficacy, and it’s one of the strongest predictors of student achievement. In this interactive session, participants will define collective efficacy in practical terms, analyze the research that connects it to improved learning outcomes, and evaluate their own team’s current level of efficacy. Drawing on both the science of hope and real-world school examples, attendees will identify the habits, mindsets, and systems that build belief across classrooms.
