Building Belonging: Moving From Awareness to Action

This session examines how unwritten norms shape who thrives in any space and introduces a brand new framework for understanding why authentic belonging requires intentional action. Participants will reflect on their own positioning and leave with practical strategies for building spaces where everyone has voice.
