Leading teams is hard work. And that work begins with the personal, internal clarity of roles, responsibilities, assumptions, and mindsets for effective teacher team leaders. Explore these internal elements as you work to build your own capacity and that of teacher team leaders on your campus. As part of this session, participants will: -Clarify the role and responsibilities of a teacher team leader -Raise five helpful assumptions that lead to increased team effectiveness, and -Define and frame three mindsets to improve team effectiveness.
