Explore these internal elements as you work to build your own capacity and that of teacher team leaders on your campus. As part of this session, participants will: -Clarify the role and responsibilities of a teacher team leader -Raise five helpful assumptions that lead to increased team effectiveness, and -Define and frame three mindsets to improve team effectiveness.
