Taking Flight: Enhancing BT Support

Do you want to reduce the teacher attrition rate at your school, establish a community that extends beyond the mentor/mentee relationship, and create a culture where teachers want to teach and students want to learn? I will share with you how this program began, the details of the program, the impacts it has had at my school, and how you can be a change agent and “Take Flight” at your school.
