Insider Info: A Standard Confirmer's Diploma Writing Advice

Always wondering why your students get the scores they do? Wondering if your advice to students is truly effective? Wonder no more! This session will be very practical, specific and useful to help you feel more confident going forward in your teaching practice. Session content will address common issues seen on the diploma marking floor including types of INS responses, how to assist students in deepening their analysis and thoughtfulness, and will have lots of time for Q&A. NOTE: Presenter is an LA 30-2 Standards Confirmer, so most specific advice & examples will be for LA 30-2. He has been a marker on all four floors (LA -1 & -2, SS -1 & -2) over the years though, and teaches both LA & SS.
