(Pre-Reg Max 30) The Joy of Cartooning: Drawing from Experience
Part of PDTCA 2026
Friday 20 February 2026·6:40 pm
Teachers will be introduced to the potential that cartooning has to address learner outcomes in creative and engaging ways throughout the curriculum. Participants will be part of a hands-on, interactive session that will serve as a model of how a cartooning lesson can be delivered by anyone -- cartoonist or not -- in Art, Language Arts, and/or Social Studies. Teachers will finish the session by creating cartoons of their own using what they have learned about cartooning during Phil's session. Cost: $5.25 Pre-Registration Link
