Land Based Learning and Sweat Lodge Traditional Teachings Guiding by an experienced Indigenous Knowledge Keeper, participants will participate in a land based walk through a forested area to a traditional Sweat Lodge. Participants will experience land based teachings and learn about a powerful tradition that has been passed on from generation to generation for over 8000 years.
