This interactive session will introduce physical education teachers to simple, engaging dances and rhythmic activities that can be easily taught to students of all ages. Participants will learn step-by-step routines, explore creative ways to incorporate rhythm into fitness and skill development, and discover inclusive strategies that get every student moving -- regardless of dance experience. Leave with ready-to-use choreography, music ideas, and the confidence to make dance and rhythm a fun, energizing part of your PE program.
