How can schools help students stay active for life? This panel explores research and real-world experiences on why some people remain active while others stop. Presenters will highlight how physical education, recess and Comprehensive School Physical Activity Programs (CSPAPs) influence motivation, enjoyment and long-term habits. Participants will reflect on strategies that build confidence and belonging, and leave with practical ideas to create supportive school cultures that promote lifelong physical activity.
