Strong From the Inside Out: Preventing Burnout Through Intentional Self-Care

Participants will explore the signs of burnout, understand the science behind stress and resilience, and learn practical self-care strategies that go beyond quick fixes. Through guided reflection and interactive activities, attendees will identify personal stressors, clarify priorities, and create a customized self-care plan tailored to their needs. This workshop is designed to be hands-on to help educators build inner strength, prevent burnout before it starts, and cultivate long-term habits that support both personal and professional fulfillment.
