1F: All Children Ready - Improving School Readiness and Early Learning Outcomes

What does it take to improve Kindergarten Readiness? How can routines of improvement scale to various childcare centers and schools to produce quality outcomes? In this session, participants will engage with educators and coaches from Improving Education, who designed and scaled strategic huddles and segmentation processes to facilitate learning with PreKindergarten educators. The team will share insights from the All Children Ready initiative connected to managing change, routines, and innovative ideas that led to dramatic change in Kindergarten Readiness and longitudinal outcomes for students in literacy and math over a 5-year period. Participants will engage in interactive simulations and discussions to apply routines and learning to their own improvement work.
