3B: When AI Supports Core Work: Three Examples Across Two Networks

This session makes a simple case: AI in improvement networks shouldn’t feel additive—it should live inside the work. We’ll review where NCIE networks like RAISE and Meta are already integrating AI (LLMs) to strengthen knowledge management, in-person collaboration, and learning from variation. Participants will see three concrete, field-tested use cases: (1) custom GPTs for hub-level and site-level knowledge work; (2) machine-vision support that turns paper convening artifacts into digital, network-shareable assets; and (3) a Control Chart Generator GPT that democratizes learning-from-variation analysis so teams can identify bright spots and “go and see” faster. Short demos will be followed by guided, hands-on use of these tools and a conversation about how to embed them into participants’ own network routines.
