4F: On or Off Track? Understanding How Your Leadership Practice Is Helping Your Network Reach Its Aims

Wednesday 1 April 2026·5:00 pm

Improvement networks are a promising strategy for creating system change and improving student outcomes. The leaders who design and support improvement networks engage in a complex array of practices. What do leaders of successful improvement networks do? In this session, participants will examine that question. Participants will use a self-assessment tool to locate their work in effective leadership practices that support the development of healthy improvement networks. Once they have identified areas of strength and growth, they will learn about strategies from each other as well as cases from The Network Health Project. This session is designed for leaders of schools, districts, county offices, states, and intermediary organizations who are currently supporting an improvement network or are interested in launching an improvement network.
