Have you been asked to do Literacy Intervention in your own class or in other classes? Not sure how to support your struggling readers and writers in an interactive and responsive way? Here is a tool that you can add to your intervention toolkit. Whether you are a seasoned literacy intervention teacher wanting to refresh your instructional ideas, or you are new to a role and not sure where to start, this session is for you. We will explore the cut-up sentence and how it can fit into the demands of the Alberta ELAL Program of Studies and help teachers and families support students who are needing extra literacy support.
