Building Language Through Movement: Morning Meetings that Engage Multilingual Learners
Saturday 7 March 2026·2:45 pm
“Morning Meeting is a way to start our day in a welcoming environment and headspace.” This session demonstrates how beginning the day positively sets the tone for learning, engagement, and connection. Participants will explore practical strategies that combine purposeful movement, interactive routines, and community-building to support vocabulary growth and oral language, particularly for multilingual learners. Attendees will leave with ready-to-use ideas for creating inclusive, energized classrooms where students feel confident, engaged, and empowered to participate, and build meaningful connections throughout the school year.
