An Introduction to Executive Functions - Interactive Workshop
Part of PDTCA 2026
Friday 20 February 2026·6:40 pm
Many of our students struggle in their academic and/or social lives due to a lack in various areas of executive function (EF). Science knows that the brain is still developing into our mid-to-late 20s, meaning children and youth are a target audience for EF skill-building/intervention to ensure success beyond schooling years. In this participatory workshop, come learn about the basics of executive functions and take away a few evidence-based strategies to build or enhance EF in your students!
