(Pre-Reg Max 30) Cutting and Pasting: Doing Collage in the Language Arts Classroom
Part of PDTCA 2026
Friday 20 February 2026·4:00 pm
This session will engage participants in a variety of hands-on experiments with multimodal collage in the language arts classroom. Drawing inspiration from sources across the arts (from Henri Matisse to Pauline Oliveros), we will collectively create characters, stories, and story-environments (worlds) by leaning into the unexpected and accidental possibilities of collage. Though focused on the curricular context of secondary classrooms, teachers from all levels may find this workshop useful. Cost: $10.50 Pre-Registration Link
