What is the best way to motivate young people? As educators and leaders search for ways to build agency in our students, meaningful feedback may be one of the keys. During this session, participants will explore ways to use wise feedback to support metacognition, skill development and student agency. As a result of this session, participants will: 1) Explore strategies for skills-based instruction; 2) Demonstrate strategies for effective feedback and assessment; and 3) Identify opportunities to utilize feedback in skills-based lessons.
