The tools of improvement are useful to learning but just using them does not guarantee it. To consistently generate profound learning we must integrate the tools into a method based on the science of improvement. We will move beyond the toolbox by collectively working through four areas: Building working theory Exploring variation Establishing evidence of improvement Integrating these areas together in the cycle of improvement We will spend our time learning new ideas with hands-on applications and socratic discussion.
