EdCamp - Proposition Value: Attracting and Retaining Talent

A strategic conversation on how schools can position themselves as desirable workplaces. Topics will include professional development, leadership pathways, and cultivating a culture of belonging to retain top talent in education. EdCamp is an informal, collaborative model where educators come together to share ideas, strategies, and experiences on a topic of interest. Sessions are typically conversational and interactive, fostering peer-to-peer learning and community building. Each EdCamp will have a facilitator assigned to raise questions around the topic of interest and allow participants to share perspectives on practice and gain insights on topics of interest to them.
