Values Based Education: Preparing Future Leaders

This workshop is designed for teachers and school leaders committed to empowering students to achieve their full potential, particularly those working with Emirati students in national or international contexts. At Al Majd Charter School, student leadership is central to our vision and mission. We believe empowering students to take meaningful leadership roles nurtures responsibility, confidence, and a strong cultural identity. This session shares practical strategies and guiding principles that have transformed our school culture and enhanced student engagement and behavior. Participants will explore how student leadership is embedded across all levels from classroom roles to school-wide initiatives creating a collaborative environment where students actively contribute to their learning community. The workshop also highlights how fostering values-aligned leadership and cultivating partnerships with staff, families, and the community support this growth.
