Lifelong Learning: Fostering a Culture of Continuous Improvement

School Leaders, like the schools we lead, must constantly learn, grow and evolve if we are to meet the needs of the students we serve and if we are to lead our schools and organizations to become world-class places of learning. This session will engage school and district-level leaders in collaborative and cooperative conversations and activities that will align personal professional learning, human resource development through professional learning strategies for teaching staff, and the growth of our schools through pedagogical and instructional improvement strategies, particularly the development of a shared understanding of high-quality instruction.
