3O:Student Voice Meets System Change: PDSA in Action

In this interactive session, participants will explore leadership strategies that support the implementation of PDSA (Plan–Do–Study–Act) cycles across classrooms, leadership teams, and school systems. Participants will discover how PDSA can be used as a regular unit of study to increase student voice and choice while strengthening instructional practices. Through real classroom examples, coaching strategies, and hands-on experiences, attendees will learn how to embed PDSA across K–12 content areas and scale the work through PLCs and building systems. Participants will leave with practical strategies to build collective efficacy, empower students as problem-solvers, and lead continuous improvement efforts at every level.
