Post-Con Huddle: From Accountability to Learning: How to Leverage your School Improvement Plan for Impact

Given that the format for SIPing is often driven by what is required by the state/district, we will explore how to elevate the quality and impact of these plans by exploring the opportunities to enrich these processes with the tools of improvement science. Let’s huddle to share how SIPing can be transformed from compliance into more authentic collaborative learning and improvement. Who should attend: We invite school level folks who are engaged in their School Improvement teams to participate in this huddle.  If you want to grapple with how to get better at developing, implementing, and living your SIPs this Huddle could be for you.  Additionally, district folks who are on central office departments/teams that support school leaders and teachers with their planning efforts would also contribute to the dialogue.
