A roadmap for expanding your Dual Language program into the middle school grades! This session discusses the Salem Public Schools’ process of researching and expanding their elementary Dual Language program into the middle school grades and getting an exemplary approval for expansion by DESE. The program will cover the approach the district took in setting up a task force, and their three-year process of researching, learning, and applying for a new DLBE strand at the Middle School level.
